I had car repairs done to my vehicle and I’m pleased with my overall experience with Raider Automotive and their customer service. I expressed that I couldn’t be without my car for very long due to me working a lot. I was able to get my car back in a sufficient amount of time. I felt heard and understood they even took all my notes into consideration. They also kept me updated on everything. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs repairs.

I was referred to Raider Automotive through carpal.com. My seat belt was not clicking in the harness. I took it to Birdsong Automotive and they said that it would be $115 for diagnostics. I then took it to Cavender Cadillac and they said the diagnostics charge would be $220. Mind you, these charges are to just look at the problem, not including labor and parts. I then went to carpal.com it said that they are a preferred partner so I took my car to Raider Automotive. They told me to bring my car in the morning so that they could try to get it fixed before the day was over. I took my car in at 8:30 in the morning and dropped it off. Around 3:30 the technician called and said that my car was ready and I could come and pick it up and that there was no charge. When I picked up my car they said it was just some debris that had fallen into the buckle and they used needle nose pliers to remove the get it out. They are kind of hard to find but it is well worth the trouble and the people are really friendly. I highly recommend this business. Give them a call today.

I have a Acura rdx, I went to get a ac kit and belts fix. They were able to do this in one day which was AMAZING! Especially since my job is driving to different places,and heat has been average of 90-100 degrees. Thanks for doing a great job fast and reasonable price. Will come to raiders for now on.

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado and it was needed a complete paint job. The guys at raider automotive took care of me then and did a fantastic job. Then a few weeks ago I mistakenly backed into a fence post. Once again raider automotive took care of me. It was like it never happened.
